Established in 2003, THIS IS FOOTBALL is an Australian-owned football teamwear and equipment supplier based in Cheltenham, Melbourne. For over 23 years, we have proudly supported community football clubs, schools, academies and associations across Australia, building long-standing relationships and a reputation for quality products, competitive pricing and reliable service.

We specialise in custom-designed teamwear, playing and training apparel, footballs and equipment, alongside leading global brands including Nike, Adidas, Puma and Mitre. Our focus is on making the ordering process simple, affordable and reliable, allowing clubs and their volunteers to spend less time organising equipment and more time supporting their players.

Order Processing & Operations Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Location: Cheltenham, Melbourne (on-site)

Employment Type: Part-time (25 hours pw) or full-time (37.5 hours pw), with flexibility for the right candidate.

Salary: $66,000–$72,000 per annum (full-time equivalent) + superannuation, depending on experience.

Start Date: ASAP

Work Rights: Full Australian working rights

Probation: Initial two-month probation period with a performance review

THIS IS FOOTBALL is an established Australian football teamwear supplier, working with community soccer clubs and schools nationwide.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-oriented team member to take ownership of our Member Direct online ordering platform, coordinate customer orders and support the day-to-day operations of our busy small business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, from initial order through to dispatch.

  • Member Direct Platform: Oversee the daily operation of our online club ordering system, including stock availability, order tracking and customer follow-ups.

  • Club Account Management: Set up new club accounts, prepare agreements and contracts, and assist with ongoing account administration.

  • Stock & Supplier Coordination: Check stock availability, follow up outstanding orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

  • Graphic Design: Assist with basic artwork preparation and amendments using Adobe design software.

  • Freight & Dispatch: Coordinate packing, freight bookings and dispatch of customer orders.

  • General Office Administration: Answer customer enquiries, manage phone calls, maintain records and assist with general office duties.

 

About You

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Confident using computers, online ordering systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • A proactive, reliable team player who can work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

  • Previous experience in order processing, administration, e-commerce or a similar role is advantageous.
